DIY : make a long dress with little ribbon

next post about my own design..

it is order by atin from purwokerto. she is want go to table manner (*ops, its right or no that type?hehe...)

and she is want, how she body like a fuller..and this is it :

my own design for atin...longdress with ribbon on under "body", that ribbon its elastice.
